In the first two weeks of tracking (25 Sep – 8 Oct), 1,700 of the 2,863 people who used the app (59%) opened the Dzongsar 21-Day Tara Puja & Teachings, and 1,315 of them (77%) joined.

## How people got to the practice

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/openpecha/original/1X/4c3a9504464eeaf2ab5d88fa89bf900eaa1843ab.png)
**event funnel** : how many of the same people make it through each step toward a goal. (1700 opened the event, 1315 marked attending and 1314 entered.)

- The only real drop is between **opening the event and marking attendance** (23% stop there). Once someone marks attendance, they almost always go in.

- **Guests** : 115 people looked without signing in, and attending needs an account. Of the 129 guests who did sign in, 126 attended.

- People return a lot: the typical viewer opened the event **4 times** and went into the practice 5 times.

## Daily trend

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/openpecha/original/1X/71513cd68b31d7a0b6724c04e2ea23f2dce93a72.png)

- Interest **peaked on 29 Sep** (553 people that day) and eased to about 390 a day by 7 Oct.
- Fewer people start the video than before (306 on 28 Sep, 151 on 7 Oct), so more visitors open the event without watching.

## Who joined

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/openpecha/original/1X/9ecc327a58200ccf631bd18438884b3634838e93.png)

- **Android** users go into the practice less often than iPhone users: 71% vs 86%.
- Most readers use English, but **Tibetan and Chinese readers together are 41%** of the people who opened a text.

## What people shared

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/openpecha/original/1X/a1747f3ab16bd51d7cf3636b6105c2a832e29baf.png)

- 305 shares by 165 people. **Three things make up 89%** : verse-of-the-day images (120), the Tara event link (83) and the app invite (67).
- Texts from the reader, the heart of the app, were shared only **11 times**.
- 11 share buttons still record nothing.

## Where people tap

- On the **Tara plan screen** , most taps go to the video. The day’s practice tasks get very few.
- On **Home** , people reach the puja through the live-event badge at the top more than through the event card.
- People tap all over the **start screen** , which stays up 45 seconds per session on average. A start screen usually shows for a second or two.
