Uh I recently had a meeting with Gangela and I have also shared the minutes with you guys and I have shared about the important details that we have discussed.

So again, Angela has mentioned that now going forward, we are not going to use uh master class inerson master class nor uh masterclass course marketing the dharma. We're just going to focus on we Buddhist influencer master class. Uh he mentioned that he had this discussion with Milan during the convention and um it would be good if in case like we're going to put branding our own uh company branding forward known as V Buddhist and then influencer masterclass was this idea suggested by Milan. So in the course um how it's going to reflect in the course itself as well as like uh whatever documents that we're going to use forward uh we're going to only use we Buddhist influencer masterclass going forward uh and I've also sent this email to you guys. So I hope like next time in any kind of documentations everyone will start using we Buddhist influencer master class. Now, regarding the convention, I haven't written it over there in the mail, but regarding the convention, we're going to keep it as uh Buddhist creators convention and only going to change the year 2027. And with the master class, we're going to use we Buddhist influencer master class.

Uh okay just to reconfirm on the dates when dates are confirmed dates earlier we discussed if in case uh according to one of our trainers schedule uh if in case we can postpone the day to one day start from July 16 to 19 uh 20th but uh unfortunately that was not able to happen because the retreat center was fully locked uh for the whole month ahead. So we are going to keep the dates as it is from July 15 to 19 and then venue uh earlier we were just talking about retreat center retreat center but uh it is Sadama Praib retreat center so if in case like anyone's wants to do uh look up on Google it's Sadama Praib retreat center and it's in Bhaja Lunavla and then uh Bharti funding did not go through so we are now going to sh going to go on a shared budget model with tree ratna and I'll just go ahead by showing you um a brief about how we're going to do the budget process. Tenzin Palkyi: program design and overall structure of the whole influencer masterass and then development of course material learning resources and the online course component which constitute 50% of the overall learning experience and represents also a significant intellectual and financial investment because not only we're just it's not only about how we're going to go in person and then work over there and have the facilitate the master class but we're also doing like most of the 50% work online as well where our course team is working very efficiently on making the online course uh be uh presentable on share app and we also need to make sure that everyone of our everyone of us are getting paid properly are getting salaries. So this is also included in the budget itself. All our salary as well for working for the like 3 months ahead of the influencer masterass. And then overall program coordination and management is on us. Facilitating weekly course customization meeting is also on us after we after we pass the 15 of May. Covering facilitator and a team working fee and travel expenses everything is on us.

Tenzin Palkyi: And then creation of all digital assets and branded material such as posters, flyers, any kind of Instagram post, reels, we will be doing it and quantify and communicating the value of the program to participants including the online certificate uh and online course components. So we are through medium of social media, we're also going to communicate uh about the value of the program to participants. We're going to encourage participants to join this program. So these are the roles that we Buddhists will carry on during the convent uh during the influence master class and three ratna will be responsible for all on ground logistics and executions in lonabla including food and accommodations arrangement. So all the food um that we're going to eat during the uh five days everything will be covered by three ratna and also all the accommodations will be covered by three ratna. So venue arrangement and local co coordination in sadama pradi bridge center for example if in case uh they're going to take care of all the venue where are we going to have the uh master classes where are we going to have like different kind of sessions so earlier Here Angela have sent me like few photos.

So we can have like different sessions at different areas as per our needs and then participant support during the program and then nominating five community members to collaborate on course customization which they have already given and we have already met them and then providing Hindi translation of of course materials and translator for all inerson sessions. So now this one I need to run through them and I also need to run through you guys as well whether a Hindi translation will be uh do you guys think that it will be needed in the course and if not uh because they said that they will be able to provide a translator uh during the in-person session but I'm also doubting on that because all the three facilitator that we have currently can speak both English uh Hindi as well as Marathi. So what we are thinking to go ahead is that we're going to first have the session in English.

So English we'll go ahead with and if in case they have a like very diff they have a lot of difficulty understanding the course or like following any of the activities we can go ahead with uh speaking Marati as well. So since like uh all three uh creators can uh speak in all three languages I think that that is like uh that will be easy on the inerson um sessions but with the course materials if in case like you guys need any help with Hindi translation or you guys want to put up Hindi uh translations uh in the video or anything then we can also ask help with the from the Triatna people as well and then supporting smooth local implementation and now shared commitments will be uh both parties will jointly be responsible both social media campaigns and outreach. Now when we talk about social media campaigns and outreach, we're just focusing on um social media boost.

Tenzin Palkyi: So um we are going to um uh we're only going to announce it uh from the 15th of May. And once we do make the announcement, we have to make sure we only have like 1 month and 15 days uh before like we make the whole announcement uh before people do start participating in the course itself. And I feel like it is a very short period of time. So we do need to make all the social media boost. We need to boost our engagement and then because of that we do need to pay for it and then both organization logo will be prominently featured in the poster itself. So because of that reason I have proposed the idea that um if in case like both organization can jointly pay for it and then materials and supplies required for the program. So if in case we're going to make any tote bag we're going to make any books of of course both organization logo will be there. So we're going to work through it together and then jointly fund this.

Uh opening night is on July 15 and then content days are from July 16 to 18 and closing days on July 8 19. So all three content days follow the same daily skeleton, same timing for breakfast, lunch, dinner and then same breaks, same team meetings and uh also dinner every day.

So podium, speaker, GPS table, chairs, stage, carpeting, table covers, chair covers are there, decoration, flower pots are there, flower home like for decoration, one charging station for each and every table where everyone want to go for charge their devices, small table for like uh like giving them some refreshment like for water bottle and all kind of.

So registration area like we logistic we will have registration table will be two two or three depending on crowd size chair or volunteer staff recipient and table table labels uh signage water camper coffee and snack setup like in front of our registration table on ground support staff will be a technician team printing support staff event coordinator helpers and media team volunteer refreshment team and medical team. So two things are still remaining from my side that still not confirmed yet. First one is for sitting arrangement and sec uh second one is for uh just getting first one is for sitting arrangement. So the issue is uh all the um videos that are taken from Google drive or uh is uploaded using row HTML is not working. So uh we have to come up with a solution how to like implement it.
