First is that when we had the last sprint retrospective, we have received feedback that it'll be really good. Uh if in case we can continue on having bi-weekly meeting with the course team and the influencer masterclass team as well. So every week we will meet like this where we share about what the team has done so far. But uh today specifically I just want to like give few tasks to people and remind them about uh what is on stage because I am on lead next week.

Tenzin Palkyi: So I just want to make sure that everyone you have uh are following uh on the right uh track of the mat class and also yeah so before that I'll just share my screen and I'll tell of the few tasks that we have on hand right now. Okay. So I'm updating this in GitHub uh for Yash and Anel and if it's related to digital assets of the influencer uh inerson master class then I'm also going to add it in here but with the course I'm going I have to request TA to make sure that all of this is available and is written there in the GitHub itself so the team can also follow. All right. Okay. All right. Uh so first going ahead with Yesh. Uh I'll also update this in your GitHub as well. Uh so once we have uh the poster ready, we will notify uh I'm I need you to notify Buddhist creators convention community about the master class itself. So that is one task and then we also need to start outreaching to participants via WhatsApp, social media and Buddhist creators group after only after the poster is launched.

Tenzin Palkyi: uh and then uh during the convention there were many Facebook groups, Instagram groups and also like many big Instagram profiles as well who post about uh this uh conventions and then events. So also reach out to them and start telling them about our event and we also need to guide participants on how to access and enroll on Sherup. So for this we need to create a video uh that you might need to assist uh to nurse the course team itself and we also need to uh teach people how to access the course and also uh on the uh course what is that called like the coupon code in case like it's there in the new course itself and after that only after that um so I think I'll be back during that time but then review applications and then we need to start conducting three to five uh minute conversation with eligible participants. We also need to start listing down about what are the questions that we're going to ask him ask them and then we need to maintain an update like participant tracking excel sheet of everyone with whom we have contacted yes no whether they are good enough to come to the uh event or not all of this and then later on finally at confirm participants of masterclass WhatsApp group so these are the tasks that you need to do and I think like with this one these are the most important things in my absence but uh it'll be really good if in case you can also start drafting the questions that you're

And then she also need to coordinate like a site visit to Sadama Pradi beauty center. I am planning to go there in the first week of June. So if in case she can talk with Dr. Gio tan about the availability and everything she need to coordinate that and then also confirm accessibility requirements.

So last time we had a discussion that uh many of the audience they might be quite aged. So we need to make sure that all the accessibility accessibility requirements are uh properly there and with the course team itself um I know like Tillaa is um sending messages in the team but we need to follow with Dr. works team after their course uh walk through session and then we also need to collect and manage tree ratner's course customization feedback and revision if in case they do give it I know that uh shup is currently under revision but if in case after like by one day or Tuesday which day they do give we need to follow that and we just need to look at request into course customization workflow but please make sure that only after you have like a thorough understanding of their uh post customization request only please upload that and be very mindful about what they request as well sometimes they might also bring up like sensitive topics so just be careful about that and then coordinate with me on certificate and platform related task I would like to request in case you can reach out to Gila for the for his signature because we have

So last time Dr. Jak has me message me message me message me message me message me message me message me message me message me message me message messaged that he's going to reach out to Chilea if in case he have any problem. So just make sure that uh if in case he has any problem uh he should uh Tela will be able to answer all of it and then provide course uh completion list to Yashan until for participation selection. I think this will only come like from the 15th of June or like the after first week of June when the course is launched and then uh she's getting a signature on the certificate and then finalized signature certificate design. So yesterday told me that he will be able to do it but I need him like a proper confirmation through email as well and once Yogish do send me the confirmations we need to remove Rahul and then we need to add like under Yogish we need to add like the specific uh like the additional topic that he's also going to teach which is on storytelling and then first draft of even banners don't need we don't need to finalize it but I just need like the first draft of like banners so like uh we Buddhist influencer masterass host posted by tree ratna like that like a banner that we're going to put and then first draft of stangis and signage. So standi is like the very similar one that we have done in we Buddhist as well.

You can keep it as simple as possible. We don't need like any QR. We just need like a name and then occupation and then something like that and then selfie stand design. I know like last time when I spoke with Sri Raa they were quite reluctant about having like selfie stand but like the retreat center location when I spoke with Yoges yesterday he told me like it's very very retreated like it's like a it's like a village itself like a tiny tiny village. So he told me like we definitely need to work on like uh making the environment feel a little bit more like a master class. So I think like if in case we can include like a selfie stand will be good.

So we need to share the poster as soon as that comes and then we might need to also create like two to three for more social media uh post with the help of Yash and Anjel and then after that like trainer reveal campaign content. So if in case like we can get like a video from uh Yogesh and then uh Santoshi we can also add that and then most importantly is video on how to access the course through sharab. So looking at the task first is the publish of the poster which is important. We can also do a trainer reveal campaign content which is the second one and then third one is how to access the course through share up and after that we can focus more on like the foro and all of it.
