Summary
Masterclass planning with Three Ratna covered Pune logistics for funding via the Bharti program and identified four new locations.
Masterclass Concept and Pune Plan
The organization decided to launch a 5-day in-person masterclass to reach individuals who could not attend the convention, with a goal to hold 4 events per year. The first masterclass will be held in Pune in collaboration with Three Ratna, pending a rapid proposal submission to secure government funding via the Bharti program.
Masterclass Curriculum and Strategy
The masterclass, targeting 200 participants, will use the “marketing the dharma” curriculum, adapted to focus on the Theravada tradition and include certification related to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The 5-day program architecture includes sessions on niche creation, AI usage, and storytelling, aligning with the 2030 vision of reaching 100 million people.
Execution and Trainer Challenge
Four potential masterclass locations were identified, including Pune, T’er Monastery, Dzongsar Institute, and Tibetan Nuns Project. The team faces difficulty securing suitable, bilingual (Hindi and English) trainers, with the priority being to find 5 such candidates for the Pune masterclass.

achal wasnik: Maxual

00:07:19
Norbu Tsering: Nice number.
yash dixit: Oh. Oh,
Norbu Tsering: Yes. How you have lot of fan over here in our stuff. Yes. Yeah. While we were choosing you know somebody say yes.
yash dixit: Really?
Tenzin Palkyi: Hello.
achal wasnik: Thank you.
Norbu Tsering: Yes is somebody. Huh.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah, she you look different right now. I don't know. I think it's the beard, right?
yash dixit: Yes, that's the only thing.
Tenzin Palkyi: It's it's the beard.
yash dixit: And I gained to weight.
Tenzin Palkyi: And I feel like you got like more healthier. I don't know.
yash dixit: Yeah. Yeah.
Tenzin Palkyi: Did Right.
yash dixit: I gained around four or five kgs recently.
Tenzin Palkyi: Exactly. When I saw your recent videos,
Norbu Tsering: Oh,
Tenzin Palkyi: right, I was like, did y start going to the gym or something or are you on like a keto diet or something?
yash dixit: No, no, no.
Tenzin Palkyi: But yes,
yash dixit: That is not my cup of tea, Keto and all.
Tenzin Palkyi: nice.
00:08:35
Tenzin Palkyi: Nice. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Uh so Yashin Nanchel um we wanted to meet today just to discuss about the in-person master class.
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh so after the convention ended we have received like um several messages from few organization Buddhist organization who said that they want to collaborate with us uh to host like inerson master class and also we thought like after the convention ended we received so many feedback from people who really really aspired to join the convention but due to like logistics and then financial difficulties they were not able to join. So we were thinking like if in case we are not able for them to like join the convention the convention the master class will go to few localities and then we'll make sure that they will be able to uh receive the all the education or like the knowledge. So uh the first uh organization that we have talked with it's three ratna and we recently uh but we are not like collaborating with the organization
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: itself.
00:09:39
Tenzin Palkyi: There's this person called Dr. work and he is a member of tree ratna community and he said that he uh let me just share the my screen one minute. Can you guys see my screen?
yash dixit: Yes. Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay. Huh.
yash dixit: It's not
achal wasnik: Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: So I recently had a meeting or a conversation with him and he said that it'll be very good if in case we have uh the masterclass session in Pune itself.
yash dixit: Thank
Tenzin Palkyi: So he introduced us to this one uh uh organi not
yash dixit: you.
Tenzin Palkyi: organization like this institute called uh Yashada it's based in Pune itself
achal wasnik: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: and he also said that um he might get a funding from Bharti. Give me one minute. I'll also share this meeting minutes that I had with him.
yash dixit: Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: You guys can still see my screen, right?
yash dixit: Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay.
yash dixit: Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: I Okay. So the 5day master class in Pune and then the dates that we have scheduled is in late June or like uh early July.
00:11:05
Tenzin Palkyi: We're talking about like 19 mid July 19 uh to 20 July or something like that. And then he said that uh if in case we do have it in June uh we can have it at
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yashada. Yashada is Yashwano Chawan Academy of Developmental Development Administration and it is the training institute in Pune and he told us that he personally visited the institute and then he mentioned that the facilities are very good and he told us if in case we do collaborate with him or we do work on him with the master class all the funding will be taken care by him and um uh he said that he will submit a
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: proposal which we will draft uh and then he will submit the proposal to Bharti which is like a government program called Baba Sahib Ambitka Research Training Institute and uh yes but then he said that he will need the proposal as soon as possible. We're also working on that right now and another thing that he have mentioned is uh he's not expecting the same coaches uh that we had Milan and Dr. Jam.
00:12:13
Tenzin Palkyi: So we are like trying to find possibilities on like different uh coaches and we're having quite a little difficulty in finding suitable coaches and um he said that uh most of the work or responsibilities that we Buddhists will have is like sourcing and confirming the facilitators uh making sure that all the program will run smoothly and also on the marketing and advertisement of the masterclass and um he mentioned that looking at the participant selection the target is 200 participant which is quite a lot but he's very firm that um it will not be an issue and then he said that um Pune and Maharashtra identified as primary outreach and then he said that many of the people from Free Ratna people uh community will also join and he mentioned that a formal selection process will happen but then uh we'll like once we have like the whole team together we'll discuss about how it can be possible Because during the convention itself we had like around 380 applicants right but then the whole process took a lot of time especially like uh selecting each and everyone and then the curriculum will be same as marketing the dharma curriculum that we studied in uh doing the convention but then the content will be personalized where like during the convention it was mostly about Mahayana tradition but then we'll also focus on theat and most importantly give specific certification on Dr. BR ambitkar as well and language will be English with translation support and the duration will be 5 days.
00:13:49
Tenzin Palkyi: So this is what we have we have been discussing with Dr. Gwok and Dr. Gwok is like currently waiting for us to like draft a proposal about how much uh finances is going to take and now we're looking at the strategy 2026 about uh masterclass road map. So when we had this discussion with Gentila, he mentioned that uh rather than having like one master class in a year, it'll be good if in case we we were able to target four different places. So this is just like the road map that uh we are going to try to follow. But um yeah.
Norbu Tsering: Now can you just differentiate them the masterass inerson masterass convention you for the
Tenzin Palkyi: Oh yes, definitely.
Norbu Tsering: venture.
Tenzin Palkyi: So the master class in person will be very different from the convention itself. Master class will have separate four ones but the create this creators convention we'll have it in both GAA.
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: So uh for example this year we're going to have we're going to have the 2027 master class in give me one minute in 21st January to 25th of January 21st January to 25th of January uh that's the date that we have locked after Yingma Milum commences and uh convention is going to be one thing we're also going to have the award ceremony similar to the uh convention that we had this here and then master class we're going to have like four different one in like different localities.
00:15:17
Tenzin Palkyi: I hope you guys got clarity on that one.
yash dixit: Yes. Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay. All right. And so uh this is just like the road map.
yash dixit: Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: So one of the agenda that uh we have we are thinking of this meeting today is first just to give like an overview of the inerson master class and what we are planning. The second one is to gather your feedback if in case you guys have any feedback that you'd like to give us. And then third one is if in case you guys know any um good trainers or uh people in your community that we might be able to approach as well.
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: So I'll just go through each and every thing. Okay. So this is like the road map. Um objective of the inerson masterclass strategy is to empower Buddhist content creators through professional development program. We feel like if in case we write like professional development program it might be a better reach or like accept
yash dixit: This is
00:16:10
Tenzin Palkyi: acceptance from the government and just like uh our I v Buddhist vision of 2030 which is to reach spread authentic Buddha's teaching to 100 million people worldwide. So when we are talking about 100 million people, it's like collective reach of 100 million people from all the Buddhist content creators.
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: And uh looking at the program architecture which is the 5day inerson pun master class. Uh first one it follows the very similar structure from the one we had in Buddhist greatest convention. So when we look at uh day one registration and opening night we still have to do a lot of work in this and then also gather feedback but this is just like the framework right now participation participant registration on boarding and welcome session and then we'll introduce to the digital bodhis hour framework and then the main purpose of the master class hopefully also introduce the coaches as well and then we'll have like the opening circle to set our intention and then just if in case we have like any groundbreaking participants will also like let them give an introduction of themsel just to like uh boost their motivation and to give like a ounce of encouragement and then day two we have the foundation uh which is becoming a digital uh Buddhist sadwa and also finding your niche as well.
00:17:29
Tenzin Palkyi: So session we we like since both of you have also joined the session as well we thinking like two session theory and then two practical session and then we'll have like the mentimeter uh session and we will also have breaks in between um but then I think like the first day will just be our trial of how much people can follow and then we'll uh similar the follow uh same one accordingly and then uh social media as a sacred space understanding digital platform as modern spaces uh bodhisawa's motivation online uh reframing content creation as an act of service rooted in compassion rather than just self-promotion as well and then finding your dharma niche uh which is identifying one area of focus format and suitable platform and then day three is creation and growth uh so rather than jumping straight on storytelling and also there was another one I cannot remember but then we thought that bringing AI in sustainable practice will be better in at this moment right now and uh building practice practical skills. Um yeah is your creative partner. We we will try to focus more on like practical session uh after like uh the convention and then we also receive feedback that it'll be better if in case we include more workshop and onhands practices rather than uh like the coaches speaking about speaking.
00:18:47
Tenzin Palkyi: So uh training your AI ethical use of AI tools and then also like understanding the science of virality power of point person improvement and then reflecting with analytics how you can integrate analytics in your content creation and day four will be expression uh storytelling that transform and making the dharma unforgettable learning from the masters bridging su and everyday and then how we can integrate humor emotion and lift experience and day five will be whole master class recap and plus the closing ceremony. So morning session will be recap and then after afternoon session will be closing ceremony and then we thought that rather than giving like the whole award uh we'll just choose like audience choice award will be selected through mantimeter and then one most creative video. So during the convention we can focus on like more awards but then during the master classes just to focus on the smaller ones and then capstone session is just like if in case we do have like an activity session the participant can create and then present their content and then they can also like engage in like peer review feedback and because the this uh if in case we do have this activity it will conclude with closing reflection and with like a certification as well.
00:20:04
Tenzin Palkyi: we'll also give certificates to all the participant. So if in case like we look at the masterclass overview uh so I'll go through the four locations that we have chosen. First one is Pune India uh Dr. Gwok uh through Bhardi uh funding at the institute of yashada. So what Dr. Jak has told me is if in case we are not able to get the Bhari funding there are also like other alternatives where like three ratna community has like few other retreat centers nearby and then he mentioned that uh if June uh dates doesn't work out for us we can also offer July as well and then participants we are looking at 200 participants and then
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: status it's still in progress the second one is tear monastery which is in Nepal uh tear monastery is the monastery of um oh my god how did I forget thank you yes our beloved
yash dixit: Your input.
Tenzin Palkyi: minguch and uh this is just the dates that we have just written out I'm really not sure because we had we didn't start any of our conversation and we were just thinking like uh when it comes to the execution plan and everything we will just go with the go and no good go framework because I know that uh once we if in case like the first master class goes very successfully but uh our plans and our um time we'll also go with the creators convention as well which is like only once in a year so we might have to reallocate
00:21:38
Tenzin Palkyi: and then uh the teams properly but uh if after each master class is finished we'll just confirm only after the previous one has wrapped and key lessons have been applied to ensure quality and then also most importantly team recovery as I hope it won't be too intensive. Okay. Uh the third one is Dongsar Institute which is karuches. Uh then we are thinking in beer uh which is in India and then Jongsa Institute we were also thinking if in case we have it there we can also like collaborate with uh Ky foundation as well which which is also like very much near right and then the dates are October and November it's just written there and then the fourth the third one is TNP which is like Tibetan nuns project they have like several nanaries under them and then hopefully like we can collaborate
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: with like more nuns and then onboard more nuns and then give them empowerment and then encouragement December to January I don't think that that'll be possible or any feasible from our end because we'll have the convention dates during that time but we'll be uh deciding so if
00:22:43
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: in case the Pune once goes successful uh during that time we'll be in communications with Tagar Monu Zongar and TNP but then we will do it accordingly to the team's energy and then also on like the reflections and feedback that we have gathered from the master inerson master class itself. Okay. So masterclass execution plan is so we thinking venue uh yashwano chawan academy center and then alternate is also uh tree ratna center uh uh which is like they have they sent us few photos which is really nice. They have like retreat centers and target date is late June early July. uh looking at the time frame right now it's very cramped but I feel like if in case like our team is able to give their best it can be possible and the focus is on marketing the dharma uh adaptive for all Buddhist radiation especially with BR ambar emphasis and location uh partner Dr. work target date duration 5 days participants we're looking at 200 language he English with Hindi translation um funding bharti focus this status inactive communications so this is what this is the strategic foundation that we're going to go through looking uh these are all like the category so we have administration digital and communications and we have like different different people working on each role and once like yash and then anchel both of you like onboard successfully.
00:24:17
Tenzin Palkyi: We'll also add your names as well and then your responsibilities. So when we look at administration first we do need to sign an MOU between Dr. Jak and then we Buddhist just to get like a clear and clarity on like each roles and responsibilities which will be no and then administration schedule master detailed masterclass budget and payment milestone schedule uh venue confirmation at Yashta and date lock um which is also administration finalized three trainers which is like the main uh blockage that we are facing right now and the trainers should be bilingual as well should be able to speak both English and Hindi Okay. And sign the toss. We should be able to finalize the theme, topic list and masterclass timeline itself. Uh we should also be able to like define the meal plans, stay arrangement and health team protocol. And looking at digital and social creator or for masterclass film and documentary team because we will also be we'll also have to onboard like documentary team as well. And uh social media launch we have to do like a FOMO uh fear of missing out a poster venue reveal registration open we have to do all of this communications we have to draft masterclass workbook and manual first draft so that it'll not be only like a theory but practical workbook as well and create collaborator WhatsApp group and a registration form as well.
00:25:38
Tenzin Palkyi: So these are all the tasks that we need to do in April itself. And now looking at May part the funding dis uh dispersement first installment can be done uh participant screening and final selection of influencers we have to do it in like by end of May itself and then final 5day module structure and trainer briefing secure travel and accommodations for our station participants finalize and brief volunteer team. So this year unlike uh the one we had in convention we understood that uh it'll be um much more easier on the team and then also like to ensure that uh the convention masterass runs smoothly. It'll be very important if in case we do uh have volunteers as possible. So we'll have like um the we have a new team member uh our HR he's also joining from next month I believe. uh he'll give like a brief volunteer and then he'll also finalize on the volunteer team uh design and finalize selfie stands ID cards store bag will also give all of that and um hire four videographers and one social media intern that will assist your ni and then trainer reveal campaign and influencer hi videos and then also finalize English to kindi workbook and add selected participants to WhatsApp group and then send logistical details.
00:26:57
Tenzin Palkyi: So when we are planning this whole thing we were thinking like uh rather than um the funding will be taken care by Dr. GW work itself and the Barti Bharti team but looking at the programming details we'll focus on the master class but when it comes to meals arrangement and then uh all the logistics thing right we'll try to mainly also get their assistance as well hopefully if in case they do have like a team because I know that uh we don't have many people in our team and then phase three will be June uh which will be the execution final participant registration and then live event and then influencer of the year talk session. So we thought that it'll be good if in case um uh this thing our PM kundai can also come with us and and then also give like a talk to them and then post even final this thing audit and bari reporting on-site internet EV check daily documentary and then daily reals garbage and testimonial video and then so yes that's the one and then now looking at masterclass 2 tar location uh audience tear institute monks focus same uh status conversations begin only after punish confirmation and then zongs and then uh TNB collaboration.
00:28:17
Tenzin Palkyi: So go no go decision framework can only be confirmed only after the previous one has wrapped and key lessons have been applied. So yes, so this is what we have been we have drafted over like last two days and if in case you guys have any feedback you guys can definitely let us know. So what do you think?
achal wasnik: A good one.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
yash dixit: Then no answer
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
achal wasnik: Go on. Yes.
Tenzin Palkyi: Who want to go first?
achal wasnik: Go on. Yes. Okay. Ladies
yash dixit: first.
Tenzin Palkyi: It is you know like
achal wasnik: first.
Tenzin Palkyi: there only like few ladies in our team so we kind of rule so they kind of listen
achal wasnik: Yesterday
Tenzin Palkyi: Exactly.
achal wasnik: there is no feedback. Uh do you know about BIC?
Tenzin Palkyi: No, nothing much.
achal wasnik: Uh
Tenzin Palkyi: So, what is it?
achal wasnik: like
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh-huh.
achal wasnik: scholarship military army non-residential
Tenzin Palkyi: here.
achal wasnik: nonchecally So yeah, like
00:30:12
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay. All right.
achal wasnik: this
Tenzin Palkyi: So is it like an institute or like oh my god I'm so sorry we have to speak in English because uh this thing uh they transcribing and then uh putting meeting minutes. So is it like a training institute or is it like a um there are few government programs right or like
achal wasnik: It's a collaborative form.
Tenzin Palkyi: uh
achal wasnik: It's a governmental association is there and it's also a
Tenzin Palkyi: okay all right
achal wasnik: program.
Tenzin Palkyi: okay
yash dixit: Yeah, I was saying that uh like in my journey of content creation of of a year or so,
Tenzin Palkyi: Mhm.
yash dixit: I had seen that when like if I talk about compassion,
Tenzin Palkyi: Mhm.
yash dixit: I'm a lay person,
Tenzin Palkyi: Mhm.
yash dixit: people will not care much about okay, this guy is talking about compassion, okay, but if a monk uh or a nun says A very simple thing about compassion that would
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
yash dixit: boom and get viral and that could also inspire people. Like when I was in Delhi, Kuntu Pimala was staying with us.
00:31:12
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh-huh.
yash dixit: So a guy came to him and he was like dinner you come with for for a dinner
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh-huh.
yash dixit: and he gifted him something bit expensive. So Pala told me that he made a video on quitting the smoking and all but that inspired that guy.
Tenzin Palkyi: Mhm.
yash dixit: So if monk and nun speak about very simple things I think they have some kind of blessing or
Tenzin Palkyi: Oh.
yash dixit: their practice is so intense that it can uh you know impact people. So I would uh I was saying that we should have small small master classes for our monasteries and because if if we provide them with uh the right
Tenzin Palkyi: Yes. Ready.
yash dixit: information how to create the content uh like how to uh you know put the content how to use AI they could make very good content and that would be very valuable
Tenzin Palkyi: Mhm.
yash dixit: also.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yes.
yash dixit: That's what I believe.
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh so uh like the bottleneck that we're facing right now is our coaches.
00:32:14
Tenzin Palkyi: I mean they they will not be able to come back and then especially looking at the world situation right now it'll be extremely difficult. So we were thinking will it be better if in case we do have like a um like someone who looks like me or someone who is um like more like a who represent more like a mainland India. So someone who will be like that coach. So we were thinking like we we we were already like a little stuck on like who to approach and then like who to have on board as a trainer because that specific person will have a lot of like roles and responsibilities right do you have anything to
yash dixit: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Uh like there is one institute in Bangalore. It is working on you know content management and all. I I've heard about it. The there is a institute known as the lit institute. So it is working on PR agencies and all. It is in Bangalore. I think we can coordinate contact with them regarding this uh you know coaches cuz all the coaches are engaged with some kind of you know agency like Ranir Alabadia is having
00:33:25
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
yash dixit: his own agency Rashmani is having his own agency so they will charge a very hefty amount right so that's the thing that that would be a big impediment
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
yash dixit: they would charge I think in lakhs you gave us three four lakh for the session
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah. This year the coaches they did it for free for us. That's why because like they're so believed in like dharma and everything that you know they should people
yash dixit: Oh.
Tenzin Palkyi: should get like the right access to tools and they're also like very I don't know they they they were in a phase of their career where they said that you know it's time to give to other people so they did it free for us or else it would have cost us lacks and less. Yeah. Uh yeah can you please like send me the uh you have mentioned about this institute right if in
yash dixit: Yeah. Yeah.
Tenzin Palkyi: case it can you just send
yash dixit: I don't know is it open or not but two years ago I have heard it uh from two or three

Tenzin Palkyi: yeah
yash dixit: people because they were going to keep uh they have to run some PR agency like let me search I'll send you on WhatsApp.
Tenzin Palkyi: uh I wanted to ask like have you ever been to like any of tree ratna's workshop or something like that or are they like very famous
achal wasnik: No pala.
Tenzin Palkyi: in like nearby that area.
achal wasnik: Uh see what I heard about three rat nana it's about like u I don't know it's wrong or not but I heard about this thing.
Tenzin Palkyi: Is
achal wasnik: So they are like for as we like live with nuns and all kind of
Tenzin Palkyi: it
achal wasnik: a like things we have with them like monastic peoples. Uh I heard that thing that they don't they are like just uain
Tenzin Palkyi: Not.
achal wasnik: monastic persons like they feel like lay people
Tenzin Palkyi: Huh?
achal wasnik: can do the same thing as monastic peoples. That kind of a concepts they have.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay.
achal wasnik: I and the fe I actually heard this thing from a famous one like we
00:35:31
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh-huh.
achal wasnik: have been in our convention that person. So yeah,
Tenzin Palkyi: Uhhuh. Oh,
achal wasnik: like that.
Tenzin Palkyi: okay. All right. Okay. So, yeah, we are trying to like find possibilities. I know that hiring new trainers or coaches will be very expensive but we'll try to be in communications and if in case uh the Bhardi for uh this thing uh the Bhadi program doesn't work out we'll also have probably collaborate with uh this thing Tatna and then find their research this thing retreat has the master class in the retreat sess uh center did I miss anything.
Norbu Tsering: I don't think so. I don't think so. I think overall you have covered much of it.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay.
Norbu Tsering: So I this may feel like a lot of information for you guys. So let me give you a quick our topic priority right now is like upcoming master class in Pune.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
Norbu Tsering: So only thing that um make sure I think uh pigila has already clarified this is totally masterass in person and convention create a convention back we used to do it all together right now it's totally we have also come across with meeting like why don't we separate ever and convention also like three session now inerson master class convention and ever three but right now we are we are dealing with like let's attach convention and cover together one session master class this is not confirmed yet but I'm just
00:37:00
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
Norbu Tsering: giving gra so but inerson master class is almost confirmed we will be doing lot more than
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
Norbu Tsering: you know one session in a year so it's like right now we come across a four session but realistically I don't know will it be possible because uh if we do like if keeps on preparing for each session we we almost need like three to two to three month let's say max the minimum two Okay. So if you look at this timeline it's really hard you know it's it's tough it's tough job but anyway we have lot more you know coming up. So for the let's our priority is right now is for you know upcoming master class in pun. So we are collaborating with giver and session has been confirmed for 5 days. So we have already set up this you know in our talk. I think uh you guys can you know go through this talk right Pila it's in share do uh uh did you guys the Buddhist email Buddhist
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh,
00:38:05
Norbu Tsering: email did you guys Buddhist email so
yash dixit: s***. Yeah.
achal wasnik: Yes,
yash dixit: Yeah. We We got it.
Norbu Tsering: far there is a share drive called we Buddhist in that uh folder called
yash dixit: We got it.
Tenzin Palkyi: right.
achal wasnik: sir.
Norbu Tsering: masterclass drive if I'm not or is
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh, I will try to share. I'll give me one minute. I'll see whether they're in the share drive or not.
Norbu Tsering: It should I
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh yeah,
Norbu Tsering: think
Tenzin Palkyi: drive should
Norbu Tsering: so we will go to more detail while planning the April tasks especially at the
Tenzin Palkyi: me.
Norbu Tsering: because it's it's already in tomorrow from its beginning so we have to be like really focused up so uh I know I understand we do need more manpower but for now let's focus on what we can realistically you know manage with like current team okay so yeah based on the upcoming jobs we will assign the role according to each fits you know for us and what I want you to know is that at this moment you know is I would like everyone to you know go through following three points today I just want you to you know go through three points first is the bottom As Pigila told you know let's do this why don't we you know try to search our influencer trainer the main priority is one who can speak Hindi and English fluently
00:39:29
yash dixit: Exactly.
Norbu Tsering: is very active and obviously has some close connection with Buddhism obviously that should be our like main target okay not like more famous person but Buddhism at least at least this is like basic things so influencer training let us search let us go through our browse our internet and you know at least by today uh you know uh around 5:00 p.m. you guys can in discord have you guys downloaded the discord?
yash dixit: Yes. Yes. Yes.
Norbu Tsering: Yeah,
yash dixit: We
Norbu Tsering: inside that there is a hashtag masterclass.
achal wasnik: Yes.
yash dixit: have
Norbu Tsering: I've already sent you some of them. You can you know each person can send me uh five five list of whatever how many of you more better you know and some link of social media also you know along with this person you know why don't and then we will obviously had some something come up today by five please guys at least search at least two three four whatever which is suitable for us you know and and second one is uh as you guys are A perfect example of like you guys are the creator and you have already been through the workshop right so for the topic for the five day we have already chosen three one like just exclude the opening session and closing one the three one the niche AI and
00:40:50
Norbu Tsering: storytelling these three we py and we find it like important one but you guys have experienced
yash dixit: Mhm.
Norbu Tsering: that right okay just I don't think this this one is really impactful if you guys think and we will definitely pick and we are planning for like some pool right now in our community channel like which topic you find it like very impactful for you very practical enough and this time uh I'll keep on repeating this word practical practical we need to bring some practical things so that people would realize okay we learn something you know we don't want them to sit there for like two three hours and obviously we don't like we all don't like it so first one is we need a trainer good trainer okay and list of trainer Second one is along with social media. Second one topic for creators you know master class which do you think you know like very impactful which one is do you think like within our master that one topic that we have already went through you know marketing the dharma yeah and third one I just wanted if you want to add it up that would be really helpful for us because as Dr. H you told us that uh uh since we are making it personalized we want to introduce some of the you know philosophy about the Dr. Ambedkar and you know but since obviously we are well aware of Dr.
00:42:07
Norbu Tsering: Ambedkar and everybody but we want from you guys that some of the you know important impactful Buddhism related philosophy that that is like good to you know introduce that that is good to mix up with our topics you know if you have that this is like optional that would be really helpful but these two the influencer train influencers and topic for the creator uh master class and please when I say topic be specific be specific don't just say like becoming a Buddha kind of this is like general right be specific some practical and also yeah that's from so this is like you know my request for team all of the team obviously we will be going through it also that is the toughest job for us right now because the trainer it's like it's terrible for you know it's more harder than uh making all those documents and all those things so yeah that that is for us and I'm very happy that anch
yash dixit: Exactly.
Norbu Tsering: Helen Yash you go you you guys are in here right now we feel a little bit relieved because we you guys are one who are participant right now also so it's easy for us to you know communicate and we will definitely make it happen and you know bring lot of lot more better than that okay so this is from us piga anything us.
00:43:28
yash dixit: like
Tenzin Palkyi: Uh no I don't think so I have anything to add. Uh yes I uh are you clear with your roles and responsibilities? Did you get it or not yet? Right.
yash dixit: like uh like I was not told exactly what all rules I had
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay. Uh I think the HR uh the new HR will be joining from
yash dixit: like.
Tenzin Palkyi: tomorrow.
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: So uh he will probably uh go through all your roles and responsibilities and then discuss with you. But as far as I know it's more on like uh the community management of the group that we
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: have uh the creators convention after creators convention we do have the
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: official group and the open forum right how just to keep it um uh this thing
yash dixit: Mhm.
Tenzin Palkyi: engaging and then making people to collaborate more together and then just like sending messages and if in case I do receive like lots of links right just to like if it's just like a little appreciation or like uh emoji hard emoji or something like that to send it to the group and then I don't
00:44:31
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: know make challenges on in uh like just to on challenges working alongside with a uh social media coordinator something like that so this is the knowledge that I have but
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: um it might al there also might be like few uh uh this thing intersections where me an ael all of us together we'll have to work on like the master class and then hopefully not the greatest convention it'll too much later.
Norbu Tsering: Yeah,
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
Norbu Tsering: at that moment we are working on actually we had a lot of meeting back there on bringing some contractual
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah.
Norbu Tsering: team uh member who will be like not be full-time but will collaborate with us. We will co coordinate with definitely coordinate with the admin team for the HR team for form a separate team for like convention and awards a lot for
Tenzin Palkyi: It is convention. It'll be, you know, it'll be a lot.
Norbu Tsering: us well aware of it even the admin gila is well aware of it and he
Tenzin Palkyi: and
Norbu Tsering: open to having like dedicated team for that so for now as a full-time team for ourself
Tenzin Palkyi: yeah.
Norbu Tsering: our primary focus will be upcoming for master class for Pune that's it I don't think rest of
Tenzin Palkyi: Yeah,
Norbu Tsering: them we will definitely forward this you know uh
Tenzin Palkyi: I'll I'll share this document with you guys and I'll also let know I know
yash dixit: Okay.
Tenzin Palkyi: today she's feeling under the weather right now.
Norbu Tsering: whatever.
Tenzin Palkyi: So uh if in case she feels better I'll ask her to add you all of you guys in the v Buddha share drive. I don't have the access that's why and uh also I'll show you the meeting minutes as well after this meeting is done. Uh okay. All right. Yes.
Norbu Tsering: Thank you.
Tenzin Palkyi: Okay. Okay. Talk to you soon.
