Team Metrics and Organization
The primary success metric for the project is the Daily Active Practitioner (DAP) count, replacing DAU, with a long-term goal of 1 million DAP by 2030. A strict mandate requires all work communication to occur within public or group Discord channels to prevent miscommunication and facilitate automation.
New Roles and Partner Focus
3 new team members were welcomed to the Creators, Education, and Localization teams, detailing their roles in masterclasses and community facilitation. The partnership strategy will focus on a few partners with large groups, prioritizing event collaboration first.
