The team opted for the term Vision Partners over ambassadors or evangelists for Buddhist influencers who have a common vision, a large following, and an existing group routine. The primary goal is to secure 10 to 20 Vision Partners to transition existing large group routines to a hybrid format.

Partnership Strategy and DAU
The North Star metric was defined as Daily Active Users, with a target of 40,000 DAU requiring 400,000 total users, demanding partners with a combined 1 million followers. Partnering with existing large groups, such as monastic institutions, was deemed the guaranteed low-risk strategy for user acquisition over starting new groups.

Partner Categories and Team Structure
Partner categories were defined as Vision, Content, Text (publishers), and Tech Partners, with groups being considered a type of user for marketing purposes. Internal teams were structured into Tech, Text, and Partnership Teams to support the partner strategy.
