I got the following reply;
The request to rename “JamlingTsewang” to “Pecha-Tsewang” could not be completed.
Note from the declining user: It’s YOUR user account, not your organisation’s.
The number of similar requests from other users suggests you may be in danger of breaking the rules against off-wiki collaboration.
Therefore I changed the request words, stating that it is my PERSONAL choice, but still got the same reply and it also said “Do not submit repeated request.”
What do I do?
Ok then you should add some numbers after Pecha like Pecha01-Tsewang. don’t repeat request without any changing.
I tried the third time, stating the reason, “for my personal liking and preference” and it worked! I got the desired name Pecha-Tsewang. Adding a number after Pecha could have worked though. Thank you for the help.
